A 450mm diameter Black pad that can be used on a floor rotary scrubbing machine and can be used for scrubbing a floor.

The Black colour of the pad denotes it as the toughest toughness of the pads, and is used when the Red and Blue pads are too soft to achieve the scrubbing action required.
